 Legs like scissors

Roll your legs overhead until you can lay your hands flat against the back of your lower back while lying flat with your legs together and your arms at your sides (don’t get too comfortable).
Maintaining a balanced posture on the backs of your shoulders, extend your right leg vertically and raise your left leg in opposition without lowering it. Then, roll back down and repeat the movement on the other side.

 Seated straight-leg raises

Place your hands behind your head while lying on your back. Tension will activate your core instead of sucking in.
Maintaining a flat back, slowly raise your upper body off the ground until you are standing. Go back to laying and do it again.

 

Sit-ups in suitcases

With your hands on either side of your ears and your legs bent 90 degrees from the floor, recline on your mat.
As you lower your upper body to the floor, extend your legs straight and crunch them back in, bringing your knees to your chest.

 Leg circles in a supine position

Raise your legs to a ninety-degree angle and make slow, deliberate circles with your core muscles. Do not forget to maintain your lower back touching the ground.

The V-sit grip

With your feet on the floor, knees bent, and arms out in front, assume a straight sitting position.
In order to form a V shape with your body, lean back and raise your legs. Pause. Yes, hold on to some more.

 

The bicycle crunch

Place your hands behind your head, your legs in a tabletop position, and your head and shoulders up.
Maintaining a 45-degree angle with your right leg and your lower back always in contact with the ground, bring your right elbow to meet your left knee.

 

The reverse crunch

With your legs bent and your knees bent toward your torso, lie flat on your back.
Maintaining your lower back in contact with the floor, return your legs to a straight position without putting your feet down.
