Day 1: Fruits

Breakfast: One bowl of watermelon/kiwi or an apple/pomegranate

Lunch: One bowl of papaya or muskmelon

Supper: One guava/orange or a bowl of berries (strawberries, litchi)

Sleep time snacks: One bowl of watermelon/grapes

Don’ts: Avoid any sort of cream, nectar or sugar dressing on your organic product bowl.

‍Day 2: Vegetables

Breakfast: One huge or two little measured potatoes/bowl of corn portions or green peas

Lunch: One huge bowl of cabbage soup

Night Snack: 2-3 medium-sized cherry tomatoes

Supper: One cup broccoli

Sleep time snacks: One bowl of cucumber/carrots

Arrangement: You may either eat your veggies crude. bubbled or cooked in 1-2 spoons of olive oil and softly prepared with pepper, rock salt, vinegar or spices.

Cabbage soup can be set up by bubbling together a cabbage, a little carrot and 2-3 tomatoes in about a large portion of a liter of water, adding to that a small bunch of slashed onions light singed in olive oil and preparing the blend with rock salt, spices and peppers.

Substitutes: Olive oil might be subbed with unadulterated ghee.

Don’ts: Restrict utilization of potatoes or some other starch-containing vegetables like corn or peas just to the morning meal and in restricted sums (100-150 calories) as it will give sufficient energy for the duration of the day. Abstain from eating broiled vegetables.‍

Supper: Two enormous bananas with a glass of skimmed milk

Sleep time snacks: Nothing

Substitutes: Regular milk can be subbed with soy milk and bananas with figs

Don’ts: Avoid adding any sugars, nectar or sugar to the milk. Try not to place cornstarch in the soup. For the most part favor skimmed milk.

Breakfast: Three entire tomatoes

Lunch: 250 gm of meat of your decision with one huge tomato

Night Snack: Nothing

Supper: A bowl of Tomato soup
